Introduction

The biggest exposure to safety for any bus/fleet operation has always been in the area of Road Transport operations. Not only are bus drivers aimed and killed every year but third party road users and members of the public are also hurt and killed in the process. Number of incidents and accidents in Malaysia is very high. We record 19 cases of fatalities daily.  Bus companies and bus drivers is a very exposed and in a high-risk position, that requires not only good training but to be competent in applying their knowledge and skills.
